Colon Cancer Screening Age Lowered

The American Cancer Society (ACS) has recently released updated guidelines that lower the recommended age for colon cancer screening. According to the new ACS recommendations, those at average risk for colon cancer should begin screening at age 45 instead of 50.

Medical Camps Offer Hands-on Approach to Learning

Wound Healing Center Earns Center of Excellence Distinction

The Fauquier Health Wound Healing Center has achieved patient satisfaction rates higher than 92 percent and a healing rate of at least 91 percent in less than 30 median days to heal, for a minimum of two consecutive years.
