Due to COVID-19 the Bistro on the Hill is only available during limited hours 7am-2pm. Take out options are available. All patrons must enter through hospital lobby to receive screening.
Our Pledge for Clean Eating
Fauquier Health’s Bistro on the Hill promotes clean eating all year long. Unidine’s Fresh Food Pledge is our commitment to preparing healthy, from scratch meals using responsibly and locally sourced, seasonal and environmentally conscious ingredients.
Whether you crave made-to-order Mongolian stir-fry, fresh deli sandwiches or time-honored comfort foods, you will find it all here and more. And our fresh salad bar is a local favorite. After hours, there are vending areas available in the Bistro lobby, Emergency Department lobby and family waiting lounges on all of the inpatient floors.
The Chef Specials are popular amongst staff and visitors for creating combinations like
- Gourmet pizza and toppings
- Turkey and dressing
- Meat loaf
- Baked salmon
- Mashed potatoes
- Steamed vegetables
Don't forget to top off your meal with a delicious slice of bistro made pie, cake or pastry.
We are excited to welcome our seniors back into the hospital on the third Thursday of every month for Senior Supper (4:30-6pm). Guests are required to reserve a ticket (below). Space is limited. Upon registering yourself and your guests, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket link. Seniors 55 years and older will get the opportunity to choose from one entree, two sides, and a fountain drink or milk - all for $6.00 (tax included). Add ons are extra.
