Due to COVID-19 the Bistro on the Hill is only available to staff, patients, and visitors for dine-in or takeout options between 7am-2pm.
Our Pledge for Clean Eating
Fauquier Health’s Bistro on the Hill promotes clean eating all year long. Unidine’s Fresh Food Pledge is our commitment to preparing healthy, from scratch meals using responsibly and locally sourced, seasonal, and environmentally conscious ingredients.
Whether you crave made-to-order Mongolian stir-fry, fresh deli sandwiches or time-honored comfort foods, you will find it all here and more. After hours, there are vending areas available in the Bistro lobby, Emergency Department lobby and family waiting lounges on all of the inpatient floors.
Hosting a meeting at the hospital? We offer catering options to choose from.
The Chef Specials are popular amongst staff and visitors for creating combinations like
- Gourmet pizza and toppings
- Turkey and dressing
- Meat loaf
- Baked salmon
- Mashed potatoes
- Steamed vegetables
Don't forget to top off your meal with a delicious slice of bistro pie, cake or pastry.
During senior supper nights, we invite seniors to join us every Thursday in the Bistro on the Hill from 4:30-6pm. Masking is required since this is a healthcare setting, unless seated at a table. Space may be limited. Seniors 55 years and older will get the opportunity to choose from one entrée, two sides, and a fountain drink or milk - all for $7.50 (tax included). Add ons are extra.
Senior suppers will take place as deemed appropriate by facility, taking the COVID transmission levels into strong consideration.
