Patients & Visitors
Fauquier Health has enacted a zero-visitation policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To learn more about screening policies, facility entrance restrictions and conference room availability, please visit our Coronavirus Preparedness page.
The safety of our visitors and patients is our highest priority. Upon entry into the facility all patients and staff members are required to wear an approved cloth face covering/mask and sanitize their hands. Those experiencing any flu-like symptoms or illnesses are not permitted into the facility, unless seeking care through the Emergency Department (ED). All facility elevators are limited to no more than two persons at a time, unless further assistance is required by Fauquier Health staff members.
Patient-Centered Approach
Since May of 2000, Fauquier Hospital has been a Planetree affiliated hospital. Here, our priority is to provide high quality, compassionate and compliant care to our patients.
We are dedicated to providing you and your family with quality care in a friendly, courteous and professional atmosphere. Our dedicated physicians and staff take a patient-centered approach and believe that involving patients in their own care helps to improve outcomes and better understanding of their care management plans.
Tobacco-Free Facility
Fauquier Hospital is a tobacco-free facility. Visitors are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products in patient rooms or anywhere else in the hospital or on the campus grounds or parking areas. Adult patients who smoke may be able to request a nicotine patch during hospitalization.
