As part of Fauquier Health's commitment to the community, meeting space in the Hospital's Conference Center may be utilized by registered non-profit organizations for meetings and other events - at no charge.
To request a room in the conference center for your event, please complete and submit the form below. Please allow 1 week to process your form.

A microphone/PA system is installed in each of our larger rooms (Sycamore A/B) and may be used during meetings. Network security concerns prevent us from general public use of the PCs in our meeting spaces - because of this, we recommend that you bring your own laptop and connect to our public wireless network (FAUQ-GUEST) for internet access.
Use of Fauquier Health meeting space does not include any IT support. Please make sure that you are comfortable with the audio/visual and computer equipment prior to your meeting.

Meeting space at Fauquier Hospital is offered at no charge as a benefit to the community. No meeting space is guaranteed - Fauquier Health reserves the right to deny meeting space requests for any reason. Requests must be submitted at least 2 full weeks (14 days) before the meeting date.
Meetings involving food should be purchased from our Bistro Catering. Pricing is reasonable with breakfast starting at $3 per person and box lunches starting at $6.80 per person. You may bring snacks and unopened/pre-packaged items.
