The Junior Chef program got off to a great start Saturday. Twelve students got a cooking lesson that included good information on healthy eating as well.

The next Jr. Chef class will be held Saturday, May 11, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Bistro, and classes will be held one Saturday a month through the summer. The cost is $45 per student. Call 540-316-3588 to register, or go to www.fauquierhealth.org.
