Dr. Thomas Myers has been delivering babies for the women in our local community for nearly three decades, and if there’s one thing he has learned over the years, it’s that a pleasant attitude helps put patients at ease. Known throughout our health system for his warm sense of humor, friendly nature and calm demeanor, Dr. Myers understands the importance of putting our patients’ needs first. Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Myers specializes in both normal and high risk obstetrics, as well as comprehensive gynecological and wellness care.
Education and Training
After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from West Virginia University in 1976, Dr. Thomas Myers completed the Naval Regional Medical Center Oakland Internship Program, and the Naval Regional Medical Center San Diego Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program.
Honors and Awards
Among his many honors, Dr. Thomas Myers was an assistant clinical professor at the University of North Carolina.
Employment
Prior to joining Fauquier Health as a private practice physician in 1980, Dr. Myers served as an assistant clinical professor at the University of North Carolina, and as a staff physician for the Naval Regional Medical Center in Camp Lejeune.
