Radiology is a constantly changing field of medicine that can improve the quality of care a health system provides. As a former chairman of our Medical Imaging Department, Dr. James Koepke was instrumental in guiding our health system through several major improvements, including the addition of new state-of-the-art MRI and CT scanners, computer-aided design (CAD) technology for mammography services, an archiving system for digital radiological images, a new ultrasound suite and expanded imaging hours. Board certified in diagnostic radiology, Dr. Koepke understands that a physician’s success is not measured by accolades and material gains; it’s measured by the impact the physician has on the health of the patients and community.
